When the device detects a fall automatically or when you manually press your pendant due to a fall or feeling unwell, our dedicated Lifeline Alarm Response Centre will promptly receive an alert notification.
One of our team members will respond through the loudspeaker on your alarm's base unit or directly via the GPS pendant.
The operator will ask what your situation is and immediately arrange help by calling your nominated contacts and/or the emergency services, if their assistance is needed.
If you have our Emergency Home Response service, a responder will be dispatched to you following an alert. They are trained to use specialist lifting equipment to get you back to your feet if you have fallen and are uninjured.
Our Alarm Response Centre and Emergency Home Responders are available 24/7, 365 days a year which means help is available to you any time, day or night.
