Postage is free of charge (please select 24 or 48 hour delivery) through Royal Mail.
Please note: orders received after 2pm Monday to Friday or on a weekend/bank holiday, will be fulfilled on the next working day.
Christmas Period: Orders made over the Christmas period will not be fulfilled/delivered until the first working day in the New Year.
We cannot post your equipment out until we have received a completed customer setup form (linked in your order confirmation email). Once we receive the completed Customer Setup form, we will send your equipment using your selected delivery method (24 or 28 hour delivery).
14 day cooling off period
The customer has the right to cancel the service within 14 days (Cooling off period).
This starts the day after the customer places their order via Shopify.
If you are not satisfied or have changed your mind, you must telephone our Customer Service Team on 03333 204 999 within 14 days to cancel. You will then have a further 14 days to return the items. All monies will be refunded as soon as the returned equipment is received.
For cancellations after 14 days and within the fixed 3 month contract
The service starts the day after the customer places their order via Shopify. If you (the customer) decide that the lifeline is not appropriate and you no longer want it please notify us by email or in writing to cancel your service.

You will then have 14 days to return the items. No money will be refunded outside of the 14 day cooling off period but you will not be charged for the following month onwards (after the 3 month has finished).
