Automatically Detect Falls
The falls detector automatically sends an alert when a fall is detected - it can either be worn around the neck or the wrist.
It will connect your loved one to our Alarm Response Centre.
Easily Request Assistance
The falls detector also includes an SOS button, which will connect you to our Alarm Response Centre immediately.
Your loved one will then be able to speak to an operator for help and reassurance.
Emergency Home Response
If your loved one has fallen and you are unable to get to them, our responders are trained to provide specialist lifting services to get them up on their feet safely, or they will request emergency help if they are injured.
